How to purchase: Decide which services you need, and let me know how many staff would be requesting service, and I’ll prepare an estimate of the number of hours per year I think you will need.
You then have two options:
- You can purchase a pre-paid expiring yearly block of hours at a 20% discount off my regular billing rate. Any unused portion of this discounted block expires 12 months after purchase. OR
- You can retain me for a minimum of 4 hours, renew that amount when you like, and I will work up to the limit of that retainer at my current bill rate.

Available in Vancouver during your workday to help you, at the end of a phone line, zoom call or email exchange. No waiting in support queues, or explaining your needs to someone who doesn’t get it.
Need help setting up your email on a new device? Setting up a zoom meeting? Sending a newsletter online? Just call or email. Professional web help, support and training on demand. Available as needed weekdays 10 am – 6 pm PST excluding Stat holidays.
Hosting and Software Subscriptions Administration
Let me take care of all of your accounts, pay the bills on time and expense the necessary charges to you.
- Paying and expensing domain name registrations yearly

Terms and Restrictions:
Yearly contract paid up front. Services available Monday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm PST. Clients may designate specific staff to use services or authorize any staff or volunteers from their company to benefit. Support services limited to items within the general expertise of the provider, support and training requiring research will be billed including research time. Time billed in minimum quarter hour segments, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour per contact. After 12 months, any unused portion of a discounted block is converted to a retainer amount, billed from then on at the full bill rate effective at that time.
