- Many designers are not available after your site launches to support or maintain your site unless you have the budget for a complete rebuild. Sometimes they disappear completely, or worse, have used a tool or template that has become obsolete.

I will be able to maintain your site (even if I didn’t build it originally), change it, add new features or freshen up the look and feel. You can expect, continuity and priority
If you have a question or need something, you can or email me. Even if I designed your website ten years ago, even if you went to another designer or managed it in-house for awhile and are coming back. I might even have that password you can no longer find. I will never put you on hold. I will remember your business, your industry and your staff. Many of my clients have been with me over a decade. You can get hold of me easily by phone or email , and I’m likely in your time zone. I often respond right away but definitely within two business days. While ongoing projects with deadlines and clients with service retainers have scheduling priority, I keep time available to complete ad hoc work as well. Speaking of service retainers – you can budget for your yearly support and web update needs with a customizeable monthly or yearly service retainer, and even get a small discount for the predictability.
I can make changes, train staff, add ‘just one thing’, fix that design thing that has been bugging you, make sure your site is backed up and secure, look at that wierd email claiming your site is broken or the strange bill you received from someone claiming to be your web or domain host. Anything you need, I can usually do it for you. I bill only for time worked, saving you the overhead of keeping someone knowledgeable on staff.
