Technical oversight backups and maintenance
I provide an affordable yearly package where I keep their software up to date, monitored for malware, php up to date, liaise with the hosting and domain companies and provide monitoring and technical oversight. I am available for changes or updates on an ad hoc hourly basis, or can refer those requests back to you, depending on what you and I agree at outset.
Overflow support and maintenance
I can also provide overflow support and maintenance to your clients when you are at capacity for projects.
Hand off at golive
I can provide you with text to use to give to your clients at hand-off, informing them of my services and rates, and letting them know who you recommend contacting me going forward for support (not you!).
